1. Acceptance of terms

Welcome to Lofi Switch. By downloading, installing, or using this application, or by visiting lofiswitch.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this app.

2. Service and disclaimer

Nature of the service: Lofi Switch is a lofi music application. It provides original or properly licensed music content for your daily moments of focus, relaxation, and sleep. We do not offer user-uploaded content or third-party content platform services.

Not medical or health advice: This app provides music, not medical care. The content inside the app does not constitute, and cannot substitute for, professional medical, psychological, or health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing difficulties with sleep, mood, or other aspects of health, please consult a qualified professional.

Service availability: We strive to provide a stable and continuous service, but we cannot guarantee that the service will at all times be flawless, error-free, or uninterrupted. You understand and agree that you are using this service on an “as is” basis given current technology and conditions. If the service becomes temporarily unavailable due to network issues, device issues, or technical failures, we will work to restore it as quickly as possible, but we accept no additional liability for the outage itself.

3. Subscription terms

Subscription model: Lofi Switch offers an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store. A subscription unlocks the full catalog of tracks and series.

Auto-renewal: Unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, your subscription will renew automatically. Your Apple account will be charged for the next period within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the same price as your current subscription. If the subscription price changes, Apple will notify you by email before renewal and will only renew at the new price after obtaining your consent.

Manage and cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you can continue using the subscribed content until then.

Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple according to its refund policy, not by us directly. To request a refund, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Intellectual property

App content: All music, artwork (covers, illustrations), copy, UI design, code, and trademarks (including the name and logo of “Lofi Switch”) in this app are owned by the Lofi Switch team or used under valid license, and are protected by copyright law and related legislation.

License granted: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play and enjoy the app’s content for personal, non-commercial use only. Without our written permission, you may not copy, download, extract, distribute, sell, sub-license, create derivative works from, or use any of the music or material in this app for commercial purposes.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use this app lawfully and reasonably, and you commit not to:

Violation of the above may lead us to terminate your license to use this app, and in serious cases we reserve the right to pursue legal action.

6. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the app or website, and will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
